Before the use of the pittsburgh lock former machine, the commissioning of the feeding guide shall be adjusted strictly according to the equipment's commissioning requirements, and the feeding guide shall be adjusted to the specified position size and fixed.
If the actual position of the feeding guide is less than the specified position, the bite is not formed.
