Structure and Working Principle

The equipment is mainly composed of three parts: the main machine, the hydraulic station and the electric control cabinet. The high-pressure oil output by the electric oil pump is sent into the working oil cylinder or motor through the high-pressure oil pipe. The high-pressure oil pushes the plunger in the working oil cylinder or motor to generate thrust and torque, and bends the profile through the mold parts.


Maintenance of Flange Forming Machine

Circuit: Pay attention to the cleaning of the circuit board, regularly clean the dust of the strong and weak electric boxes, keep the electric boxes dry and prevent moisture.

Oil circuit: Check all parts of the oil circuit to see whether there is oil leakage and deal with it in time. Prevent piston rod scratches and oil deterioration.

Machinery: Check the transmission part of the machine to see whether there exists abrasion phenomenon, and each butter nozzle to see whether it is blocked, and inject butter.

Other precautions: It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil once a year and clean up the oil sludge in the oil tank. The water cooler shall be cleaned up in time to prevent the oil quality from accelerating aging due to the rise of oil temperature. Safety is a major concern. Circuit safety door switch, oil circuit pressure relief valve, mechanical safety stop and machine warning light must be checked whether work normally during maintenance.


Working Principle

The working principle of the flange forming machine is similar to that of the syringe used for injection. It is a technological process in which plasticized molten plastic (i.e. Viscous flow state) is injected into the closed mold cavity by means of the thrust of the screw (or plunger), and the product is obtained after curing and setting.

Injection molding is a cyclic process, and each cycle mainly includes: quantitative feeding-melting plasticizing-pressure injection-mold filling and cooling-mold opening and taking parts, taking out plastic parts and then closing the mold for the next cycle.
