How to Choose a Suitable Duct Production Line?

The types of duct production lines on the market are the first line of duct production line, the second line of duct production line, the third line of duct production line, the fourth line of duct production line, the fifth line of duct production line and so on.


1. The first line of duct production line


The first line of duct production line is the simplest production line in the process of duct production and the ideal equipment combination of duct production blanking. This production line is also called an open-book leveling shear line composed of rack, leveling and mechanical shearing machine. It embosses machine by computer-controlled leveling shearing speed and accuracy. Therefore, for the speed, its maximum working speed can be 30 m/min; while for the accuracy, its length error is + / - 0.5 mm, and its diagonal error is + / - 1.8 mm. The rack device can professional configuration according to customer's requirements.


As long as the corresponding device is added to the production line of economic duct, unwinding and blanking can be realized. The processing capacity of plate is ordinary plate thickness of 2.5mm, and stainless steel plate is 1.5mm. The economical duct production line has the characteristics of simple structure and operation, microcomputer control integration, high efficiency, reasonable price and so on, which is the economical choice of duct production blanking.


2. The second line of duct production line


On the basis of the first line of duct production line, the second line of duct production line increased blunt pointed mouth and square opening function, both satisfying the duct plate blanking and the TDF flange blanking plate work. Therefore, high quality of the ducts can produced through the combination of flange and plate machine, roll bone (nip machine), folding machine, and the angle of the corresponding code.


3. The third line of duct production line


The third line of duct production line, an upgraded version on the basis of the second line, is composed of six components-feeding frame, leveling and reinforcing bar press, punching oil press with tip and square mouth, hydraulic shearing machine and hydraulic folding machine.


Full computer full closed-loop feedback control system control has the characteristuics of high production precision and operation stability. Its maximum working speed is 10 m/min, length error is ±0.5mm, and diagonal error is ±0.8mm. The system can meet the single shift production capacity of 1000M2 square duct.


4. The fourth line of duct production line


The fourth line of duct production is linear structure, which is composed of nine parts-feeding frame, leveling and reinforcing bar machine, hydraulic punching tip and punching square mouth device, hydraulic plate shearing machine, displacement joint angle biting machine, manipulator positioning feeding platform, double linkage common plate flange machine (or optional single bone angle iron flange machine) and automatic computer control system. Hydraulic system is adopted in the punching tip, punching square mouth and plate shearing machine.


This duct production line is a cost-effective equipment, covering a small area and equipped with a hydraulic bending machine for collaborative operation. It is very suitable for the production of TDF common plate flanges, TDC plug flanges and angle iron flanges. Its maximum feeding speed is 16m/s, and length error is ±0.5mm. Its computer control system adopts closed-loop feedback mechanism, ensuring the stability and accuracy of production line operation.


5. The fifth line of duct production line


The fifth line of duct production is an one-time molding production line for duct production. It is linear structure, which ensures smooth and stable duct production process. Besides, it occupies a small area, easy to use in small workshops and construction sites.


Secondly, it is equipped with an integrated digital control system to ensure the whole process of duct production.


Moreover, it is equipped with high-end line configuration, so that the line body is stable and reliable and the failure rate is less, suitable for large-scale, long-time, high-efficiency production of duct.


Finally, the feeding system servo control and repeat positioning accuracy can effectively control the feeding of the sheet, size, shear, bite, punching, bending molding accuracy and consistency, reducing the loss of sheet and ensuring the qualified rate and aesthetic degree of duct forming.
