1. The frame part:
It is welded by profiles and plates, having the good rigidity. And with a fixed bracket on the surface of work table, it is convenient to replace the manual, making the board much more stabilized. What’s more, it is light to operate and easy to load and unload, which greatly reduces the labor force of the workers.
2. The movement part:
It is composed of a deceleration device, a roller part and feed in and an adjusting part of the feed and discharge with rigorous and stable structure. The movement process of it is driven by the the motor to drive the reducer, and then the reducer is transferred to the roller group set. Next, the upper and lower rollers carry out angular rolling movement at the same time. And there is a backer at the feed which can be adjusted, so that the plate can be rolled out naturally.
3. The transmission system:
The electric motor is installed at the bottom of the frame, and the main components are installed on the cover of the electric appliance. The electric appliance box is installed under the frame of the discharging end, so it is convenient to remove the cover for maintenance.
