(4) After modifying the parameters, when the machine is processed for the first time, the machine tool will be locked by the machine without loading tools and workpieces, and the trial run will be performed by single block, etc. to confirm that the machine tool is normal before using the machine tool.
(5) Machine tool PLC program is machine tool manufacturers need to design, do not need to be modified. Incorrect modification, operation of the machine tool may cause damage to the machine, or even hurt the operator;
(6) It is recommended that the machine run continuously for more 24 hours. If the continuous running time is too long, the life span of the electrical system and some mechanical components will be affected, which will affect the accuracy of the machine tool.
(7) all machine connectors, connectors, etc., do not allow live pull, insert operation, otherwise it will have serious consequences.
