1. How to design the running speed of the plasma cutting machine?


There are many factors that affect the quality of plasma cutting, such as no-load voltage and arc column voltage, cutting current, electrode retraction, cutting nozzle height and other plasma arc cutting process parameters, which will directly affect the stability of the cutting process, cutting quality and effect.


Generally speaking, factors such as no-load voltage and arc column voltage, cutting current, electrode retraction, cutting nozzle height and other factors directly affect the compression effect of the plasma arc, that is, the temperature and energy density of the plasma arc, while the plasma arc's High temperature and high energy determine the cutting speed, so it can be said that many of the above factors are essentially related to the cutting speed.


As a CNC cutting equipment, the cutting speed should be increased as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the cutting quality. This not only increases productivity, but also reduces the amount of deformation of the part being cut and the heat-affected zone in the kerf area. If the cutting speed is not suitable, the effect will be opposite, and it will increase the slag and reduce the cutting quality.

2. How to improve the cutting utilization rate of CNC plasma cutting machine?


The utilization rate of blanking materials and the life of cutting consumables are one of the main factors affecting the economic benefits of enterprises. The CNC plasma cutting machine can complete the cutting and walking of the raw material, but it does not automatically optimize the cutting trajectory of the raw material. This needs to be completed with the relevant nesting software. Of course, not every enterprise needs to buy nesting materials for cutting and cutting. Software, especially when the processing material is single and the cutting shape is fixed, you can make a simple picture arrangement in CAD drawing to improve the material utilization rate and reduce the processing cost. Co-edge cutting is also an effective way to save cutting consumables.


Any mechanical equipment should not be switched on and off frequently, which is embodied in the CNC plasma cutting machine. Repeated switching on and off not only reduces the work efficiency, but also causes losses to the equipment. Enterprises should reasonably plan the use time of equipment, try to complete cutting tasks in one-time and large quantities, and minimize downtime caused by maintenance.
