Ⅰ. Operational technical difficulties of the fifth line of air duct production line

1. The characteristics of the process


The whole production process includes three parts: blanking tooling, punching die and assembly tooling. The whole flange production process is highly mechanized. The punching die can punch round angle steel flanges and side squares; the same specifications The flanges are relatively interchangeable, which is convenient for on-site installation, greatly reduces the labor intensity of employees, and improves production efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, and the quality of finished products is also guaranteed. It is more suitable for factory production.


2. Technical difficulties


The punched holes are oblate holes, the hole spacing error of any two holes should be controlled within 20 mm, the lateral error should be controlled within 0.2 mm, and the longitudinal hole spacing error should be controlled within 1 mm.


Ⅱ. Precautions for the fifth line of the air duct production line


There are many kinds of air duct production lines on the market, mainly including first-line to fifth-line and U-shaped air duct production line five-line. Get up and find out.


The good use of the five lines of the air duct production line can improve the work efficiency, otherwise it will reduce the production capacity, and there are also several technical difficulties that need to be overcome. For example, the method of blanking tooling, punching die and assembly tooling is used in the process. The whole flange production process is highly mechanized. The punching die can punch side square and round angle steel flanges, and flanges of the same specification. Strong interchangeability, easy to install on site. It can reduce the labor intensity of operators, improve production efficiency, save energy and protect the environment, and ensure the quality of finished products.


Technically, the punching holes of the fifth line of the air duct production line are flat round holes. The hole distance error of any two holes is controlled within 20mm, the lateral error is controlled within 0.20mm, and the longitudinal hole distance image meter error is controlled within 1mm. In addition, the air duct production line is prone to corrosion, such as defects on the surface of the air duct, such as rubbing, debris, etc., or the color of the weld surface shows black or other colors of mottled, or obvious rust in a certain part, etc. A precursor to corrosion phenomena.


The degree of corrosion of the air duct production line is proportional to its service life, and there are three main reasons for the formation of the corrosion situation:


1. The method of making the plates and cutting materials required by the air duct production line is not reasonable;


2. Corrosion has occurred in the air duct processing stage, but it has not been paid attention to and handled in time;


3. The welding method of the air duct is improper, and there is no timely maintenance and maintenance after welding.


The above three reasons may lead to corrosion of the air duct production line, and for the ventilation system, this will reduce its tightness and cause great harm, so it should be handled and maintained in time.
