The Duct Manufacture Auto Line Pro machine can complete all production equipment of a series of process technology. According to the video, the duct fabrication process of the Duct Manufacture Auto Line Pro includes coil-straightening-beading-punching cross-tie hole(optional)-punching square-notching-punching flange hole(optional)-shearing- automation pittsburgh lock forming -duplex TDF flange forming/ angle iron fitting edge forming/ C cleat forming (alternative)-coil conveyer(optional)-hydraulic folding conveyer(optional)-duplex TDF flange forming-hydraulic folding. This machine is equipped with PLC control, touch screen operation. It can handle different "L" and "L" pipe opening shapes in the duct fabrication process.
